Cars in the Park takes place in the Rosamond Park located behind the Rosamond Elementary off Rosamond Boulevard and Glendower Street.

On Diamond Street, We start with a Pet Parade at 9:30 followed with our Armed Forces Parade at 10, Parade starts at Orange St and ends at Glendower Park where our festivities begin with Our September Festival until 4:00

Come support Rosamond Elementary PTA at Fosters Freeze on Thursday Sept. 11th, 5-7 pm. Will also have a membership booth :O) Hope to see you there!!!! We will receive 10% of sales Thursday night.

Breakfast burritos will be served with all the fixing from 10am to 12pm

The 2014 Rosamond Cancer Walk, Run & Ride Committee in association with the Rosamond Community Services District Foundation, a 501(c) (3) Corporation, is pleased to announce their 2nd annual event to combat cancer. The Committee was formed to assist the efforts of the American Cancer Society in combating the fight against cancer. 100% of the net proceeds of this event will go to the American Cancer Society for cancer research.

The Committee has chosen September 06 & 07, 2014 for our event and will feature a 24hr walk-a-thon to be held at the Rosamond High School football field September 06-07. Also, on Saturday we will sponsor a 5k run as well as a 50 and a 100 mile bike ride that is planned to take place through the hills and dales of greater Rosamond.
